1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating a RiffCharts account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country to sign up.

2. Uploading Content

You may upload songs, videos, and pictures within your account's caps. You confirm that you own or have the rights to any content you upload, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's copyright or other rights. RiffCharts may remove content that violates these Terms or a valid takedown request.

3. Ratings, Favorites & Critiques

Ratings, favorites, and critiques are meant to reflect genuine opinions about the music. Manipulating scores through fake accounts, vote brigading, or automated tools is not allowed and may result in account suspension.

4. Content Control

RiffCharts.com reserves the right to monitor Content, user activity, and platform usage to ensure compliance with this agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. RiffCharts.com also reserves the right to enforce its Privacy Policy and Terms of Agreement at its sole discretion, including taking any action it deems necessary to protect users, the platform, and its legal rights.

5. Misconduct

RiffCharts.com is not responsible for user misconduct, abuse, or violations of this agreement by users; however, RiffCharts.com reserves the right to take appropriate action against any users who abuse the platform or violate its rules, policies, or terms of service. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, content removal, account suspension, or termination, as well as any other measures RiffCharts.com deems necessary to protect users, the platform, and its legal rights. Block, deletion and/or ban of accounts that violate any laws, rules or regulations here in.
